Successful 2009 performance for Vienna-based Bluebear VA may lead to further expansion of FlySEA Group premier regional operator.

”Demand to add more regional routes originating in Poland and Czech Republic is growing, so we may discuss with BYB management if deploying the additional capacity and integrating these markets in BYB network is acceptable for them”- said FlySEA Group Chairman.

Rumors are that BYB is currently evaluating 2 possible options; one being addition of new A319s/ATR72s and second one - aquisition of yet undisclosed number of Embraer E-Jets.

One must remember that, while BYB keeps it's business concept clear and independent, they are no stranger to Embraer fleet (BYB actually started with E145 fleet).

Letter of intention to acquire larger E190 fleet confirmed by another FlySEA Group partner may have opened some attractive deals for BYB if bulk order for both SEA Group carriers would be achieved.

Coming months will probably give us the answer to this question.
